Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email, organization, and authentication identifiers (including from Google sign-in if you use it).
• Billing data: subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage and telemetry: agent runs, credits consumed, spend, latencies, and traces you generate, used to provide metering, attribution, and audit.
• Customer Data: the prompts, inputs, and content you and your agents submit to run through the Service.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, and logs, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your Customer Data to train our own models, and we do not share it except with the sub-processors below to run the Service.

We rely on a small set of providers to deliver the Service:

• Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting, database, and email/telephony infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Google — optional sign-in (Google OAuth / One Tap) if you choose it.
• AI model providers you connect (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — your prompts are sent to the provider you route to, under that provider’s terms, using your keys where you supply them.

We keep personal and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data as described below; some records (e.g. invoices) may be retained where the law requires.

We protect data with encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive secrets at rest (your connected provider keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM), tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these, email hello@silvanexum.dev. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We operate on global cloud infrastructure, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
